The legendary band, Rufus featuring Chaka Khan, was a one-of-a-kind band. They always brought the sultry sexy vocals of Chaka, the funk, and everything in between!

The Emotions were named the #1 Female Group of the 1970's decade! We absolutely love and forever adore the talented and beautiful Hutchinson sisters.

Frankie Beverly and Maze is touring and Frankie is saying farewell to all the FB&M / MFFB fans, as he heads toward retirement in 2024. We are so thankful to him for his music legacy and wish him all the very best. We love Frankie! The original and former Maze band members (including Roame Lowry, long-time original band member for 55 years) have formed a new and exciting soul band called TMF (The Music Forever).

Earth, Wind, and Fire is on the top of the list as being one of the very best R&B groups and greatest bands of all time. We absolutely love, love, love EWF!

Created in 2019 by Tammy Sherrill (Tam-Jamz), R&B Slow Jams LIVE, a social music network, has been sharing the best old school sounds of soulful slow jams, party and funk music to social media platforms for half a decade now. With a strong passion for classic R&B music and a commitment to excellence, our team work tirelessly to create unforgettable experiences for our music family members which includes our awesome artists, fans, followers, supporters, and subscribers. Our Team | Contributors

Meet Tam-Jamz, music connoisseur, playlist curator, and creator of R&B Slow Jams LIVE.  She is a true, old school soul (born in the 60's) with a passion for classic R&B soul and funk music. You'll always find her dancing and listening to music, reviewing songs in depth, as well as sharing her love and appreciation for the best music of the 70's, 80's, and 90's. Tam-Jamz is passionate on her contributions of keeping legendary artists relevant and classic R&B, funk, and soulful music alive! 

Meet Tyrone DuBose, America's #1 R&B Historian and contributor to TV ONE'S UnSung. Tyrone joined our R&B Slow Jams LIVE music family over a year ago! He has contributed to our Instagram and Facebook platforms with well-over 60 episodes now and growing!
